Meetings commence at 7.30 pm and are usually timed to finish around 9.30 pm. They generally take the form of a presentation by a speaker, expert on their subject. They take place immediately after the formal introductions or business and are usually accompanied by illustrations in the form of slides, film, video, or powerpoint.
