'The local branch of the Thanet Beekeepers Association with members from the Maidstone, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells areas and beyond. The Branch was originally formed in 2018 by a group of local beekeepers and we have grown in numbers now totalling more than 100 members ... We are a genuinely friendly and inclusive group, welcoming new and experienced Beekeepers alike to our weekly Sunday afternoon gatherings at the apiary throughout the beekeeping season, usually from April till September, for hands on bee keeping with help and guidance from our apiary managers and experienced bee keepers. We also meet on the last Monday of every month for demonstrations and talks by guest speakers and there is always time to chat and share experiences with likeminded people following the meeting.'

'Tonbridge Camera Club has a membership of about 80 people of all ages with a wide range of photographic skills. We offer an informal, friendly and supportive environment for photographers at all levels of experience and you will receive a warm welcome ... Our Main Thursday evening programme will include: * Talks and Presentations from guest speakers who will talk about their pictures and photographic interests; * Competitions for for both digital images and projected digital images; * Members' Evenings where members can talk about some of their images and/or videos and give the story behind them.'

'The Society was founded in 1960 to provide a focus for local people with historical interests. Unlike some similar societies it is concerned with national history and with archaeology, as well as with the history of Kent and the local area ... A programme of lectures by invited speakers runs through the winter months.'
