AAS also meets once a month (fourth Tuesday of the month throughout the year) at Bettridge Centre, Newtonhill, where we hold informal observing evenings. If you want to try out a few telescopes or learn how to get the most out of your model, then these are the evenings for you. AAS members are also on hand to point out features of the night sky.
