'An independent association of beekeepers ... with a commitment to teach new beekeepers and educate the wider public about bees and beekeeping, through interactions in schools, shows and demonstrations. We have association-owned apiaries in Harrogate and Ripon, where we hold Taster Days. We also give public demonstrations from our apiary in Harlow Carr Gardens and at our summer events in Fountains Abbey.'
