'Each year we hold events approximately monthly. These are generally talks from October to April, and garden visits during the warmer months. The talks are held ... on a weekend afternoon. As well as a speaker, we generally have a plant raffle and teas are available after the talk. Many of the speakers are also nurserymen who bring plants for sale.'
