Open Lectures & Talks'The Club meets from September through to May on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month (except public holidays). Meetings start at 8.00 pm (people usually arrive from about 7.45 pm) and finish by 10.00 pm. We pause for a coffee and chat around half-way ... We do sometimes have extra meetings on a "3rd Monday" in a month. These tend to be arranged at shorter notice, are usually organised and presented by our own members, and are fairly informal sessions. They may include demonstrations of techniques, illustrated talks, or in fact anything for which there is both a demand and willing participants/presenters.'
