Throughout the year a weekly series of events every Monday evening is dedicated to the Spoken Word. "Words on Monday" offers a broad range of discussions, lectures and readings in a wide range of genres including poetry, journalism, fiction, drama, science and medicine ... Regular pre-concert talks are on offer before many of our concerts and occasional lectures on the visual art shows are given by artists and critics which we hope will assist your enjoyment of the paintings and sculpture at Kings Place.
