Farm Road Sports & Social Club, Farm Road, Sheffield, S2 2TP, Yorkshire and the Humber
Open Lectures & Talks'Each month we host a talk - usually by a notable scientist or skeptic, but not always - in a relaxed and friendly manner. In a pub. The subjects of the talks will vary considerably but they will typically be about a common belief that either cannot be justified by the available evidence, or that can actually be demonstrated to be false by the available evidence. The talks are followed by an informal Q&A / discussion and that is followed by more beer. Because we're in a pub. We usually hold these talks on the third Monday of each month at 7.30 pm.'
